I did some nogi sparring with a good friend and after that i tried to work on being stronger and do some stretching. My neck is really stiff. Before summer i made a goal, to do 10 chin ups before the year is over. When i set that goal i was hardly able to do one. Now im halfway through, five chin ups is possible even after 45 minutes sparring. (The sound is my phone getting messages while filming).
I just have to keep on trying, then maybe ill reach my goal.
