I didnt have morning nogi sparring today. I went to work early, stayed until 09.30 and then went for a meeting that lasted until 16.00. After that i went shopping, got home and made dinner for the big kids and then rested.
I went to late muay thai class and it was great! Really tough physical exercises. We made a series of four different punches then mid kick, clinch. We did some free sparring and we did clinch sparring sessions for eight minutes. Really awsome. (This is an old picture of a friend giving my son some good advice at my club).
